To apply here under described method, we have to mark on the plan the perimetric of the land as well as the room of the area where we’re going to build any house.
Let’s take then the example of a land represented by the large rectangle of No. 1 picture,

while the square in the center represents the area where it is allowed to build the house; the virtual grid placed within all the land and property, will be used later as a guide to determine particular points to draw the most suitable radionic beneficient shape for the family who will live in it (we can say that every little square of this grid is 1 square metre).
First of all, we’re going to plan the
garden shape around the house:

the smallest rectangle outside the house area square represents instead the limit of the trading room we can asphalt, which has the function of a side-walk around the house; the room beyond this rectangle up to the end of the enclosing walls is considered as a garden
- in picture No. 3

it is represented the chosen “base” geometric shape (in this case we chose the three main geometric figures in an only one, composed then by: circle-square- triangle), that we will use to test by radiesthesia the tracts composing the garden shape which we can create by means of some hedges
- in picture No. 4

it is represented in all the garden area the base geometric shape (see picture No. 3); to test the shape garden, we start testing from A quadrant first little square on the left bottom (X); the first tract composing the garden shape can be a vertical, horizontal, oblique straight line in the four directions, or it can be an ascending or a descending arc, and so on… according to the behaviour of radiesthesic instruments; then we’re going to test the second tract, the third one, and so on… in the same way always keeping the clockwise, until we get to (Y) point;
- all quadrant A tracts have to repeat themselves at the same rate even for all the other three quadrants in a symmetric and specular way, creating this way the garden shape represented in picture No. 5.

External and internal house Shape planning
- to create the external shape of the house, by radiesthesia we test not more than 2 points on the grid along the perimeter of each side of the house area square (picture No. 6);

- from these points a perpendicular straight line is being started up to the opposite side of the square itself, getting this way a kind of grid (see picture No. 7);

from this point we can draw the house external shape, linking the perpendicular lines of each tested point starting from the first point (Z) with the next one (W);
- little by little we will link one after another and clockwise all the next intersection points among the straight lines that have been created within the house area only (see picture No. 8 – No. 9);

- by the same process used to draw the external shape of the house, we will create the partition walls of the house itself, testing on the grid not more than a point along the perimeter of each side of the house (see picture No. 10 and No. 11), always starting from the bottom left side (J).

I would like to make clear that this is a base example of a classic planning by radiesthesia, since we can adapt this method to any kind of practical need, provided here under universal rule is followed:
“Within any well defined room, on any binding and wanted pre-established shape or line set inside the same room, it’s possible to test by radiesthesia every time (by our unconscious where there is every answer to our questions) boundless points that joined together create a vibrationally active radionic geometric figure showing any vibration-intention intended by the operator: PSYCHO-GEOMETRY”.
Besides, to carry out a suitable feng shui, the radiesthesian will test all here above described process on a vibrational and energetic formula tested by radiesthesia on vibrational samples (such as colours, minerals, plants, flowers, and so on… or simply on universal symbol OM) representing the right vibration for the family who will live in this house, and which will be represented in its turn by an action form by the garden and house geometric shape itself, releasing the best vital strength needed by the involved family to live in an ambient that is in keeping with all the Universe.
